Usama Salah Merkhan

As the biology teacher at (Barzani Namir) Educational Complex, I am passionate about inspiring curiosity and critical thinking among students. With expertise in physics, biology, and chemistry, I strive to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Biology/Education from Akre University for Applied Science, and I have experience teaching science at various levels. My teaching philosophy emphasizes hands-on experiments and real-world applications to connect classroom learning with everyday life. Additionally, I have experience in social media marketing, social media management, and advertising, and I am fluent in my native language, Kurdish (Sorani/Badini), Arabic, and English.

Beyond teaching, I actively mentor fellow educators, collaborate on curriculum development, and organize science fairs and workshops that ignite students' enthusiasm.
