Kalthum Omar waysi

Kalthum is an educational instructor who graduated from Salahaddin University-Erbil with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. As a trained mental health professional and social worker, she is equipped to address psychological concerns, behavioral issues, and provide positive behavioral support. She offers academic and classroom support, as well as counseling for teachers, parents, and administrators, including individual and group counseling/therapy. Kalthum is dedicated to solving students' problems and guiding them in improving their behavior. Her research focuses on the impact of physical punishment on children and its influence on aggressive and delinquent behavior. She is currently an Education Counsellor at (Barzani Namir) Educational Complex.
