Staying Safe and Preventing Illness

Today, Monday, January 5th, 2026, a seminar was presented by “Dr. Zina Kamal” Doctor of Barzani Namir Educational Compex on the topic of “Staying Safe and Preventing Illness.”
The session focused on basic hygiene, healthy habits, and illness prevention.
Students learned the importance of handwashing, healthy food, and staying active.
The seminar encouraged students to take responsibility for their health and safety.
